By downloading, installing, or using the Jinn mobile application or the jinnlocal.in website (collectively, “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Platform Overview & User Roles

Jinn operates as a hyperlocal utility and marketplace matching local supply and demand. Users participate under two primary designations:

• Suppliers / Creators: Users who publish their talent, pricing, or service availability via localized “Wish Cards.”
• Seekers / Employers: Users or organizations who browse categories and signal intent to connect by using the “Interested” feature.

3. Wish Cards & User Content

Suppliers are entirely responsible for the data, charges, portfolios, and claims made on their individual Wish Cards. Jinn does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of services offered by independent local providers. You agree not to post deceptive, offensive, or unauthorized content.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Fees

• SMP Student Membership Plan: This subscription offers job seekers 48-hour early access to listed opportunities for a monthly fee of ₹249. This membership is recurring and can be canceled via app store settings.
• External HR Partner Services: Premium talent vetting, screening, and shortlisting provided to third-party companies operate under individual corporate service agreements separate from standard platform terms.
• Refund Policy: All subscription fees for digital features, including the SMP plan, are non-refundable unless technically dictated by app marketplace policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jinn acts strictly as an optimization engine connecting independent parties locally. Transactions, communications, and real-world interactions stemming from an “Interested” tap or contact are strictly between the respective users. Jinn is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from local engagements.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to alter features, update subscription models, or modify these terms at any time to preserve the health of the local marketplace. Continued usage of the app following changes constitutes explicit acceptance.
